I have some bad credit card debts from the past, I just ran a credit check on experian and all of the chargoff's show 30 day late made in 2002 or jan of 2003, with no payments recorded after the late dates. Does this mean I am past the statute of limitations? Or can they still come after me? I live in Missouri where the SOL is 5 yrs.

Charge off has nothing what so ever to do with their ability to collect, it is merely an accouinting term used to show that they have counted it in the taxes as not collected.
With a 5 year SOL, after 5 years of the last activity on the account, it should be over. If there was payment in Jan 2003 you are running close at this point.
