If they're going to give some of my money back I will most likely use it to pay bills. I could use a nice lump sum to pay on something.

Depending on how much it is, we could really use a new refrigerator...

Unless my circumstances change in the next few months I'll donate the bulk of it.

Pay off bills.

Depending on when it comes I'll probably take a trip. If it comes before August it will be a trip within the US, if it comes after I'll probably be bad for our economy and spend it in the Caribbean.

Of course that depends on if I get one or not.
