Trying to say goodbye to 5 pounds--What to eat?
So right now I'm 5,5 and 135 pounds. I would like to loose five pounds rather quickly for an event coming up soon. What should I eat and what shouldn't I eat to be able to shed the pounds quickly. Also what can I eat that's healthy and that will actually keep me full?

Drink plenty of water. Make sure to avoid sugary drinks, processed foods, and high-fat foods. When I'm dieting, I eat a big salad first to fill me up before the main course. Watch out for those salad dressings though. Some of them have tons of fat. I usually go with light Italian dressing or a vinegarette dressing. Eat balanced meals and whatever you do, don't skip meals. Skipping actually makes it harder to lose weight. Eat plenty of veggies and low fat meats, like turkey. Make sure to eat whole grains too. Also, get plenty of exercise. Taking walks helps to burn stored fat. I snack on carrot sticks and wheat crackers and stuff like that when I'm dieting.

    Hope this helps!

Keep with the drinking lots of water, cut out all high fructose corn syrup drinks or snacks, as well as fast foods, greasy highly salted or sugary foods. Eat a healthy breakfast it will keep your metabolism going first thing. Snack on low fat yogurt with some wheat germ or fruit added. A handful of walnuts, seeds will get you over a lot of hunger pains, And most importantly keep the portion you eat, small, 3 oz. of lean meats, (cut out all processed foods0 Read nutritional labels and stick to the one portion size of everything you eat! And make sure your exercising 30-60 minutes 4-5 times a week.
