My husband company filed bankruptcy and they took care of making sure to pay all their employees , or course, two weeks ago. The Bank they owe money to did a reverse payrol in ALL the emplyees bank accounts. They just took all our hard earned money and made most everyone have huge fees now from their personal banks.
My husband company has a legal team and they have just confirmed that that is an illegal thing they just did. Banks can not take money back out of payrol. Who can we complain too and get our money back? My husband called the bank and she said we had to get in contact with my husbands companys auttorney. But they are the ones who told all of us to call the bank and that what they did was illegal. HELP! What can we do?:( :confused:
