    EMST tax on W2
    Does the Emergency Municipal Services Tax have to be reported on the W2? I have not seen it included in past years.

    Probably not; this sounds like a local tax assessment.

    However, you may WANT to include it on the W-2, because the employees may be able to deduct it as an itemized deduction.
