Shower was leaking from handles/I replaced and now it won't work
I purchased a replacement kit for a shower with leaking handles. I made sure to buy the same bonnets and seats. I changed everything out. Now it does not work at all. No water comes out of the shower head. The diverter does not leak at all but the water comes out of the shower handles only. I have no idea what to do and I do not know what could be causing this!! Help:confused:

Please give us the brand name of your shower valve. Did you remove the shower head to make sure it wasn't clogged?
You say,"The diverter does not leak at all but the water comes out of the shower handles only."
Please explain, are you saying that after replacing the stem and washer assemblies that you still have the same problem?
Before we can help we need more details. Tom
