None that I know of. You can rollover a distribution from the plan, but you can't withdraw funds to place in an IRA.

Scott - actually, I believe that some plans allow in-service rollovers to an IRA - I believe (but not sure) that they are pretty much limited to employees over 59-1/2 and/or doing a 72t distribution. I suspect that very few plans actually allow for this type of withdrawal.

Damian: I don't know how to get such a list - sorry - but I am curious as to why you are searching for one - are you looking into marketing annuity plans to employees of companies that do allow such a rollover?

Good point. I was thinking only prior to 59-1/2.
