    Hello salvage:

It's NOT as simple as that. I don't know what's going to happen in court. There are lots of factors involved. You've named two. Maybe if you could tell me more of the story.

I also don't know what your intention is. Do you want to fight it? Is she guilty? Is she headed for the presidency where a record will matter, or is she going be a factory worker where nobody cares that she drank when she was a kid? Do you have money?

Sorry. I've got more questions than answers. But, if you help me, I'll help you.

She is guilty... I do not want to fight it just get it over... a friend call her who was at a party that was getting out of hand, my child and her friend went to pick her up the driver was not drinking, police pulled up gave everyone a breath test, police said its no big deal?
Police said just pay your fine before court date, and everything will be okay I don't know if this correct or not.

I would find out first a) what will remain on her record and b) can it be expunged after a while.
