Need to uninstall an overhead Hotpoint microwave Model R VM58 003

I found this PDF on installing over range microwave -- Need Adobe Reader to view

Look on page 12 - 14 -- Close side bar X -- Bring magnification up to 100%

You should be able to see how it is removed from installation instructions
