    Toolbar EULA
The Toolbar EULA keeps popping up on my new Dell computer. How do I get rid of it? It doesn't let me scroll down, or give me any options to click on anything to open it up to look at anything or to say OK or No Thanks or anything. What do I do to get rid of this?

EULA stands for "End User License Agreement" It's a Microsoft agreement term which you must agree to or it will keep popping up.

I had the same problem along with others which resulted in Dell sending me a new laptop last year. The new computer never displayed EULA. Contact Dell and they can tell you what to do.

It would be great if you could let us know what dell recommends. Most people want to know the answer without having to navigate to another site. This was a helpful resourse though
