    Legal forms for Georgia
Does anyone have any sample forms I can use to file a intent to defend in court and a motion for discovery for the state of Georgia? Also, should I mail them or hand deliver them?

If this is small claims court, the formalities are more relaxed. Just send a letter to the court with a copy of the summons, stating your intent to defend against the suit and requesting a hearing date. Then send a copy of that letter to the plaintiff requesting verification of the debt and their right to collect it.

Please don't start multiple threads with the same issue.

If you want to delay this, send your Intent to Defend notice without asking for a hearing date. And send it and the copies to the plaintiff as late as you can. But do send them certified.
