    Predicting Chemical Equations
    Hey all,
    I am in the midde of writing up a rather difficult formal lab report on eight experiments that all have to do with predicting equations. After predicting the products from the reactants, I have to determine what type of reaction occurred.
    Can anyone help me predict the products of the following reactants?

    ((NH4)2CO3) + O2 --> ? Type of reaction?
    [All of the numbers are subscripts.]

    KI + Pb(NO3)2 --> ? Type of reaction?

    Thank you very much - I appreciate it.

    Same here Sonu_universalm, CREATE YOUR OWN THREAD!

    If you decide to make one, make sure you type clearly. Write the symbols in the proper way, that is Capital letters for first letters of symbols and small characters for second letters in the symbol if any.

    jeena... did you read the other posts. Create your own thread. FYI, hydrocarbons burn in oxygen to form carbon dioxide and water.
