    There are two fuses, both under the dash.
    One is a Fuse # 40, it is 40 Amp and the other is # 19 and is a 10 Amp.

    now maybe you can help me out? there are like six or seven fuses that is not gettin power ive tried replacing one of them just to see if it will get power and it didnt work. what do you think is wrong? and is there anyway way around having to buy another part?

    Now, in your situation, not all the fuses will have power all the time.
    If those two fuses are not open, the fault will need pin-point diagnosis.
    Make certain that the dimming rheostat is adjusted to full brightness.
    When you switch the combination switch to Park or Headlamps, do you get power to Fuse # 19? Do you have lighting at the stereo and A/C control head? If you have no power and no lights, there is likely a problem with the combo switch.
