    ED issues
I'm 24, healthy, 6 year committed relationship. I've had off and on problems performing. There generally no problems during foreplay, only happens during penetration. It'll go along fine, but then bam, done. I typically have issues if I think about something no feeling good, or get worried about her not feeling good. As a result, I often think it's mental. How do I get these thoughts out of my head? I also get it if I get really hot, which is often. I mean my face gets burning hot, super flush with blood (or at least feels that way). When this happens, I think to myself, "gee, this will cause me to 'die', and then I 'die'." Stuff like that. I just can't shake it. Once the smallest doubt pops in my head I'm done.

Another thought, maybe related, maybe not... after urination, I do the usual shake, or try to get it all out. But there's always stuff left. I figure a drop or 2 is normal, but I get probably 5 drops. It's enough that it will feel a bit wet in my underwear. It will usually take another 30 seconds from the time I leave the bathroom for this to happen. I also notice this after bowel movements. It's actually a bit worse, and I have even more wetness left. I can't get it all out, the urine that is. I've always gone to the bathroom a lot my whole life and said it's probably a small bladder. This leftover pee issue has been going on for years, so it's not a new development. I don't believe my flow is weak or anything, but maybe I don't know.

I had the ED issue a few months back and went to the Doc about it. He didn't check prostate or anything. I didn't mention about the urination leftover problem. I was prescribed a few pills of viagra, but that caused me to get so flush and hot in the face that I "died" again. I gave up on the viagra, and after a few more attempts with normal activity, the problem went away for a while. It's come back now, and I can't get it out of my head. I believe my stress levels are pretty low, and I exercise regularly. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just curious: were you seen by a urologist? If not, get a referral.
