Anyway, my questions is has anyone tried Weight Watchers. I have done some research on it and I think that I am going to join. They said slow and steady is the best way to lose weight. Since I am nursing I was told that 1 pound of week was healthy for me in order to keep the baby healthy. With that I should reach my goal by this time next year! That part sux, but I want to keep the weight off!
So, is Weight Watchers worth while??!?!?!?
