    Child born in USA, but
Living in France with the Mom, french citizen. The child has never requested any american documents, she just has her french id and passeport.
Could she go to the USA , travelling with french passport ? Or does she need to apply for an american one? She is eleven years old now, she left the USA when she was one month old.
    Thank you

The USA allows French citizens to visit America. Therefore, your daughter can visit.

You should look into getting her American Identification as well. It will make it easier on her in the future

Your daughter is both French and American, she can travel to America no problem on her French passport, but your daughter would also be able to get an American passport as well as she was born there.
