    Hi Kelly

Get her some Rescue Remedy or some Arnica 30c from the health food store.

Visit homeopathyandmore.com and learn about how Arnica 30c and other homeopathic remedies can help your cat recover from stroke. You can also ask someone at your local health food store.

Kelly, I am so sorry your kitty is going through this. Strokes in cats and dogs are not as debilitating as they are in humans. Did your vet diagnose this? What did he/she tell you to do? Usually vets tell you that you need to just give it time. Many pets will make a complete recovery within a few weeks to a few months time. The vet should run some tests to figure out exactly why this occurred and they usually try to treat it by removing the possible causes in diet and environment. Not to disagree with Dana but Rescue Remedy is helpful for anxiety issues. That doesn't appear to be the case here, and I don't know how much of a help or hindrance it will be. I have never heard of it being used to help a cat recover from a stroke. Before trying any herbal remedies, please discuss them with your vet first. There are many vets that do recommend herbal or over the counter products for your pet if there isn't any medication available to treat whatever is ailing them.

Kelly, if I were you, I would find another vet for a second opinion on the situation.
