Well, some clotting is normal during menstruation. Is there something else going on that's making you worry about this?
Yes there is other things going on, I have been extremely tired ( to the point of falling asleep during the daytime) my periods have always been very lite ( maybe 3 days at most) now they last 7-10 days and are very heavy. The clots are totally new , I have never had them before and some of them are as large as a Canadian Toonie. I guessQuote:

You should probably check in with your doctor and talk about these changes.
My thought for this is maybe you are going to go through menapause(sorry about the spelling) soon
Hi, my thought on this is maybe that you might be having your last lot of periods before menapause... check with your doc though. Could be normal but you never know... maybe ring a health line or something first if you don't want to fork out the cash for the docs
Kat, your answer is good. But did you notice that the question is almost 2 years old? And that the user doesn't seem to have ever come back since? :)
