I live in Galveston and want to buy pressure sensitive veneer for cabinet refacing. We have Lowe's and Home Depot. I can't find it there. I searched online and found some sources but I really want to look at the stuff in person. What type of store do I need to go to? Also any advice on installation, as I have never done it before. It doesn't seem too hard though.

This is the most comprehensive site I could find because it offers the option of finding one of their stores, as well as buying on line. I know you mentioned Lowe's, but it states they do have veneer available. I know the problem you are having because not all Home Depots carry the indoor shutters I was looking for, so had to do some driving to another location to get them.
