I work out every day. I run 5 to 10 km a day and as well work out. It will all depend on what you are asking. If you are talk about losing weight then I would recommend walking every day. And try to gradually speed up your walk to speed walking. Remember to warm up you mussels first before you do this. A great way would be to walk fast for 2 to 5 min and then stretch all the mussels of the part of the body you are using. Try to do sit ups every day. With your arms in your thighs and sit up till your hands touch your knees. And go back down. Try to increase your sit ups every day. Motivation is the key.
