I would like to know how to get my criminal record exsponge because of work they 5 degree feloney

How long ago was the conviction and have you completed everything required of you, i.e. probation, fine, etc.

First you hire an attorney

Some of the things they will be looking for

From 8 to 10 years have passed since the crime ( or the end of your sentence)

You have held a steady job and/or increased your education.

And of course that you have not had any other convictions

Then your attorney files a motion to have the record explunged.

This will then not show up for public records searches.

If expungement was PART of your sons sentence, then you don't need to start over again. Call up the attorney who represented him. He's not done till the expungement happens.
