    Fast teenage weight loss
Ok, well I wouldn't say I am badly over weight what so ever. However I really do want to shead like 10 pounds. Whenever I have the time I try to go to work out with my friends but I barly have time to anymore. I just want a safe eating plan that WILL WORK!! Ive tried going onto some sites but I don't feel like none of those dieting plans will work fast. I need some help with this.

Don't eat bread, pasta, cookies, donuts, cereal, pancakes, pizza, vinager and eat a lot of raw vegestables and apples, pears, etc. Walk fast with your friends where ever you need to go. The ten pounds will come right off.

If you have trouble avoiding flour, you might have food addictions and eating Kefir (from your dairy dept) may help. Better to take some probiotics available at your local health food store.

Don't eat less, excerise more, and no junk food. It's bad for you as clog you're blood. There is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctors away so it is OK if you are a bit overweight. Eat 4-5 servings of vegetable, 3 servings of fresh fruits and 3 meals a day with various of material will keep you healthy. Excerise a minmium of 30 minutes a day will keep you feel energetic. And that Excerise is jogging or taking a stroke. Just relax yourself and stick to normal routine with more apples and vegetable and excerise the weight will go off in a flash. It is quite impossible to lose over 10 pound in couple of days. That will literally destroy you. So + Excerise -JunkFood.
