    Bank info on interrogs.
 If interrogs are part of public records, wouldn't I leave myself open to identity theft(AGAIN) by giving up my bank info and confirming ss#... plaintiff obviously knows my ss#... and he has checked my credit reports.. can I answer" plaintiff already has info and claim right of privacy regarding bank account... he also wants to know the names and ages of my children and... which I will not give up in any case.. . there are too many sickos out there...

Interrogatories are not a part of a public record but are considered "discovery" and do not end up in the court file. If your children are minors, you can say "female child age 5, male child age 10". If they are adults, you can simply say that they are adults. Just remember, the less info you divulge in any interrogatories, the better you off you are. If they should go so far as take your deposition, that's a different matter.

Yes. Not many people not in the law field know just what and what is not available to the general public. I quite understand your concern, dear.
