    Eating 3 times a day
I eat around to meals some times one meal a day. This has only started 5 years ago. It could be from stress or over working. Is it wrong to not to eat three meals a day?

I eat when I'm hungry. To eat only one or two meals a day is OK if that is what your body calls for. Years ago I would only eat supper and nothing else during the day and I was perfectly healthy. Just remember to take any vitamins that are essential for your gender.

So vitamins are the key. I am healthy because I run ever day well I hope to think so. I will try some vitamins. Any that you recommend?

You need vitamin C, Vitamin D for starters. If you eat oranges that's OK too. I don't drink milk but take a vitamin D pill myself. I also take a good anti-oxident pill. That contains A, C, E, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium. Zinc staves off colds and flu. I also take coral shell calcium tablets. Vitamin D is available from the sun. If you are outside at least 15-30 minutes a day and can get some sun on your face and hands that's great also.

Don't bother with the one a day pills though as they don't properly dissolve and you end up eliminating most of the pill. I opt for different vitamins and minerals versus try and take just one pill.

If you are young, say in your 20's you should be okay with this. The older we get the more our bodies don't produce the right balance.

If you are having trouble sleeping or just want to stay young longer, may I suggest that you take some melatonin pills at night under your tongue? You need about 3mg a night - no more as it is not necessary. Google melatonin and you'll be surprised at this. Our bodies make it when we are younger, but as we age the production is drastically decreased. There is a book available also about melatonin called the Miracle of Melatonin. I read this about 2 years ago and I take melatonin every night. I order my melatonin off the net. Shop around for the lozenges type as it must be taken in the mouth only for best results. Essentially this is the key to longevity (if you read the book you'll see what I'm talking about).
