I am so pissed right now T_T...

Uhm... I got hit by a guy or someone... dont no... in the parking lot... they hit and ran... so I didn't no the truck/car color., what kind of car whatever...

But now I have to repair a new bumper... so how much it cost to repair a shiver Honda Cilvic 2001?? It hit pretty bad... has a hole in it and crack the whole front bumper

And does my insurrant pay for it?. cause I got hit... but I don't no who did it and no witnesses??

First, Did you make a Police Report and did the Officer file a Hit and Run complaint?

Filing a Police Report is a tool the Insurance company us to assign the damages to the offending driver. If you are vehicle one, then you are at fault and responsible for the damages to vehicle # 2. At lease I think that's the way it goes.

Hit and Run, is a Criminal Offense and can be prosecuted by law.

So did you get a copy of the Police Report and take it down to your Insurance Company and ask them to determine your damages and how much will be covered by your insurance under the "UnderInsured Motorist" rider that you have?
