This is a weird situation that I am in. I never meant for it to happen but it did. I have been working with this girl for about 3 years and I have been friends with her every since then. I recently separated from my husband and I fell in love with her but the problem is she has a boyfriend but says she wants to be with me. She won't leave her boyfriend because of her house and the kids. My question is what should I do? Am I wasting my time on her?

Sorry, but yes you are wasting your time. Even if she is a lesbian and is unhappy in her relationship, her children would and should always come first. Whatever their relationship is back off, she knows you are interested. If she wants to get to know you, encourage her to sort her life out first. If she does, you guys will have a better change. And the kids don't need to be unnecessarily upset.
