Ok so tomorrow I am 37 weeks and considered full term yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Well went to the doctor today and I'm now 3 to 3 1/2 cm and 50% effaced.
So does that mean mabey it's about to really come on.
I'm having contractions and lots of menstrual cramps but nothing consistent.
But that's been going on for over a week now...

YAY, 37 weeks. You made it a lot longer than I thought you would.

You now have 3 more weeks to go. Yes, it could take 3 more weeks. Don't rush it. She will come when she is ready.

I was chompin at the bit for the last month, kept thinking he was going to come, I had lots of bh contractions and a couple days before I went into labor they were only 4-5 minutes apart, and it still took a couple days. Unfortunately, its still the waiting game. Since you are about 3 1/2 cm, and 50% effaced, it's a good sign, HOWEVER, everyone progresses at different paces.like J9 said, it could be another 3 weeks... or it could be this week. Hah.
