    Vein in dog waste?
My dog is barely 6 months old, and she has been very healthy until today, she pooped with blood on her, and she's an inside dog, the second time she went it came out with a vein looking like string on it. :( help me! What should I do?

That may be worms. Also beware that dogs with parvo, poopy blood and the vein looking substance could just be mucus. I would take her and a sample (if you can collect one) to a vet asap.

I agree, if it's worms get it under control FAST, and of course parvo.. awful thing.. take her to the vet ASAP

Please listen to both posters above and get your puppy in to see a vet ASAP. At the first sign of blood in a dog's poop, you should never wait. Your dog needs medical attention.
