I have a stock stereo in my car lately I can here the engine rpms there the radio and some times hard popping static I looked at the wires can't find anything wrong

The spark plug wire might not be the fault.
Have someone check the charging system for failure. If the voltage regulator's diode have failed, excessive A/C voltage could be getting through.
Another possibility is poor grounding at any of the various ground connections.
If your technician is competent, this should be easily found.
Based upon engine RPM, the problem is still likely in the charging system.
