Now the creditor is making me go 4 deposition.my question is.. everything I own is in mine and my husbands name,even though my husbands name on it 2,can they still put lien on it... the credit card was only in my name.please help,thank you

This sounds like a sizeable debt you're talking if they are wasting their money on a deposition to see what your assets are. Have you consulted an attorney on this or are you trying to do this on your own?

Any asset that you are listed on as a joint owner is subject to a judgement. Unless you can exempt the asset by proving you contributed nothing to it, its subject to attachment.
