    Moving out at 15
I would like to move out. I'm only fifteen but I would like to move back to Bc, and I currently live in alberta. I just want to know if any of this would be legal. I defenitly don't want to go to juvey for anything, I would never do anything illegal. So please give me advice on what to do. I don't want to sound like a teenager who hates their life and their parents, because I'm not like that at all. I just feel like life is meant to be speant being happy, of course we have struggles along the way. But if we can change something t be happy, why not?

I'm not sure about your state law, but I know in my state, you can be emmancipated if you're under 18 and you get most of the legal rights of an adult. But being emmancipated can be a difficult process. You have to be able to support yourself on a legal income, still remain in school, and then have a judge approve. If you're parents don't oppose it, it might not be too difficult. But if your parents say no and fight it it can be a really long process.
Check your state laws thought for your specific case.
