You don't get pregnant from your thigh.
Unless it got on your vagina, then no.

Getting close but does not sound it make it all the way.

Unless there is something you're not telling us, it would be impossible to get pregnant this way. Sperm has a LONG way to go to find an egg and its not capable of climbing up your leg.

About how long would it have taken the semen to die?

About how long would it have taken the semen to dry?

Sperms lives for (on average) 5 days but only in the environment designed to keep it alive. It won't live much more than mintues on your thigh.

Sperm needs fertile quality cervical fluid to survive for up to 5 days inside a woman's body.
