Do I still have to pay child support if my ex is only seeing my daughter every 2nd and 4th weekend from 6:00pm Friday to 6:00 pm Sunday and every 1st and 3rd Wednesday?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I don't quite understand. Are you paying child support for a child that lives with you and your ex visits your child?

Yes, I am sorry, I don't understand, if you have physcial custody of the child, you should not be paying child support

I have the physical custody of my child.

Under rare situation where one parent makes an extreme amount of money and the other does not a " flip " can occur. In general but maybe not your state.. time spent with a child counts when the child " sleeps " at the home of the parent. Included in that also is vacation time and holidays etc. it sounds like a court standard 80/20 arrangement.
