Hey um, I was thinking of getting a navel or tongue piercing for my 17th birthday in April and I wanted to know if either of these would severely hurt to someone who doesn't have that high of a tolerance for pain...and can you get a double tongue piercing in one visit or do you have to wait...and can you pierce a outie navel and if not, is there a way that I could make my outie into an innie w/o a painful procedure? If someone who has experience could give me some answers, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Any piercing can feel uncomfortable to someone that doesn't have a high tolerance for pain, but most come out of the piercing parlor without too much of a traumatic experience. Most people think it is going to hurt, and end up finding out it was nothing! :)

You can get your navel pierced with an outie bellybutton. It is called a "true navel piercing", it I think its cool because you don't see it very often. Its more unique than a general navel piercing.

You cannot get a double tongue piercing in one session because the swelling would be far too much for your tongue to handle. You need to get one, let it heal fully, then go in for the other.
