    1990 Civic Sometimes won't start
I have a 1990 Civic DX with dual point fuel injection that won't start when the temperature outside is that almost warm spring day, probably 35-45 degrees F where I live. If has recently been run, within an hour, it's OK. The diagnostic blinkers point to the "fuel injection system'. I've changed the temperature sensor. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

Try replacing the PGM-FI Main Relay, which is located just above fuse box.
