    How do you go about getting DNA test when you no that the child's yours but you are not on birth certificate and what to go for visitation right

    You go to Family Court in your area and ask for visitation rights and a DNA test - and be prepared to be ordered to pay support.

    You have to file for joint custody and visitation. The court will then order the DNA text and give you the name of a lab. You will, likely, have to foot the bill for this test. You may find yourself being counter sueed for child support.
