    Water Leak To First Floor
    Hi,

We just had an incident where we left the water open in an upstairs wash basin. The water leaked to first floor dining area through a vent. We caught it right away when it started leaking to the dining room. We turned off the tap and no more water leaking downstairs after wiping up the bathroom. Should I be concerned about mold, etc..

Thanks and appreciate your help in advance...

You might want to run a dehumidifier for a few days inside the house in the areas that got wet just to be on the safe side. Had it been summertime the a/c would wick out the excess moisture, but since it is winter, this idea could help your area completely dry out and prevent any mold problem.

I think you should be concerned with just who left the water running in the first place LOL
