    Cosigner responsible?
Can the cosigner be held responsible if the tenant does not vacate at the end of the lease term? What would be my recourses?

    Hello watcha:

If you sue the tenant, you can sue the cosigner too. Certainly you can't "evict" the cosigner, but I'd sure include him in all my correspondence.

You can sue the co-signer just like you do the tenant, if the tenant does not have money or a job, you can force the co-signer to pay all the money due. This is why you ask for a co-signer
