I would like to know can I file without my W2. I ask because I recently moved to West Palm Beach Fl and my old employer states he can't change my address because my W2 have already been mailed out.

Furthermore no telling when USPS will forward my mail. :confused:

Any help would be great. Also is there any way that I could call the IRS and get my W2 that way.

Ask your employer to fax you a copy. A legible copy is all you need.

You can also produce your own W-2 using tax software and your last check stub.
