    How to make your hair grow faster
    Does anyone know how to make your hair grow any faster? I've been on a few websites but the things they say is a bit bizarre so I'm not sure if I'll do it.. e.g. mayo in your hair for 45 minutes twice a week or using pet shampoo.. so does anyone know? :) Im up for any suggestions but the mayo and pet hair is a bit bizzare:o

    Don't know that these will make your hair grow faster but it will make it healthier and that tends to make it grow faster
    Vitamin A, Pantothenic acid(B6), Inositol, Biotin and PABA

    And
    Minerals

    Hair is made up of protein, so eats lots of protein. Like egg, poultry, meat, milk, etc.

    Also never brush your hair when wet, it can damage hair. Use a wide-toothed comb. And if you like to put your hair up in a ponytail, don't. It pulls and damages your hair.

    Stay away from curling irons, blow dryers, straighteners, and all heat products for hair as much as possible. Heat can really damage your hair, and you don't want to grow out damaged hair, do you?

    You can stimulate blood flow to your scalp, which increases your hair growth. You can do this by cardio (exercising) or gently massaging the scalp for 3+ minutes daily. You can massage your scalp, really anytime of the day. Whether you're watching TV, just use your fingertips, or if you're bored at school!

    Don't go in the sun too often. Excessive heat/cold can damage your hair as well.

    Try using silk or satin pillow covers to reduce damage to your hair when you move around at night.

    Also, try using the shampoo/conditioner Hair Plus. I ordered it from amerimark.com, it makes your hair growth increase by 125% and makes it healthier, shinier, and bouncier!
