My daughter is coming of age and it is time to follow through and educate her properly. I would like to know if anyone can recommend a book on the topic. There are so many to choose from. I want something that I would be able to read to start with and see if she is ready for ALL information the book has and then a reference for her if she ever feels that she didn't understand and is too embarrassed to ask. Any titles would be appreciated

Do you just mean coming of age as in like, just growing up and going through adolescense and puberty, or book with some sexual encounters and information as well?

Sorry... I guess I should have been clearer. I am looking to start with... a book that covers beginning pubery, menstral cycle and above that is okay too. I just want a place to start.

What's happening to me, that's a great book it provides info and still has a bit of humour, It's a great book I learned with that book!
