What is the sentence for criminal mischeif (first itme offense-keying someone's car)?

Basically I think that is something like a summary offense.
You will at the very least have to pay a fine, pay restitution and maybe do some community service. I don't know what the maximum would be.
You may be able to ask about getting it expunged someday... but you have to go so many years without getting in trouble again first.
You might want to check with the bar association about getting a free legal consultation.

Yes, they will look at how much money damage was done, and why you did it.

As long as you have paid for all the damages, most likely you will get probation and a fine, If you had not paid for it, they will set up payments with the fine while on probation, failure to pay for the fine and damges can end you up in jail.
