Hi, we have been trying for a baby for 15 months the dr's now want me to have a laparoscopy to see whether I have endometriosis or not? My husband has a lowish sperm count so we are going to try artificial insemination. Has anyone had this after a laparoscopy? Did it work?

If you have endometrosis, the doctors will need operate to clean out your uterus in order for the empryo to be able to attach to it.

I had one, but it was years ago. I do know someone who had endo pretty bad. She miscarried three times before the figured out what the problem was. After they did the lapo and cleaned out all the endo she's had no problems getting pregnant or carrying babies. I hope you can get pregnant soon!
