    Crumbling teeth
Hi there I have read up about teeth crumbling in dreams and most people have said it is to do with anxiety or worrying but there is nothing what so ever I can think of to do with these. When I am having the dream (which is more like a nightmare) it feels extremely realistic my teeth crumble and I spit them out into my hands and I wake up wondering if my teeth are still there, I was wondering if there is any other explanations for this, for example is it a posibility I grind my teeth in the night, would hope to hear from you soon and hope you have got an answer for me thank you

Could be stress, could be you are concerned with a tooth. You also may be grinding your teeth while you dream this. Maybe try a Chamomile tea before you go to sleep.

You might also try getting more calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. It could be your dreams telling you you lack vitamins to keep your teeth strong. I had those dreams and then when I was pregnant for the 3rd & 4th time it actually happened.

Have you had recent dental work done, or have you been thinking of dental work? This is a common dream for people who have or are about to get braces, oral surgery, etc.

You might also be grinding your teeth at night; do you experience any jaw pain? If you find you are grinding you can try a mouth guard to protect your teeth.
