Hi, I'm 12 and I really want to lose weight fast, but I seem to be addicted to fatning foods. I do ice skating 4 days a week and gymnastics 1 day a week. All my friends are really thin in a healthy way. Please help me!! :(

Are you overweight or do you just want to lose weight?
Cut out the fatty foods, everything is okay in moderation so fast food every now and then won't hurt. Don't snack in between meals, if your hungry have fruit or veg. Drink plenty of water to detox this will help the weight loss, and its great you do so much exercise so keep it up.
Don't lose weight if your being pressured to look thin or if your mates think its cool... be happy with yourself.
Oh and about trying to lose it fast... let your body go at the rate it wants if you do something to lose it too fast there is a chance that you will put the weight back on, and its not healthy.:)
To be honest, at the age of 12, your body will change so much that you have no idea what you'll look like in about 4 - 5 years.
My friend growing up was EXTREMELY heavy... I mean... we were both 12. I weighed roughly 115 lbs, and I thought I was heavy... she was 150... we were both roughly 5'2".
She hit puberty... grew about 4 inches... somehow lost all the weight. She is now a slender 110 with curves.
I hit puberty shortly after... grew about 6 inches... granted, I gained some weight... but I'm an athletic 160.
At 12, don't worry so much about the way you look. It'll change drastically in high school.
