Hi I have a weil mclain ultra boiler that keeps going onto soft lock out any ideas as Im getting cold

What is the error code on the display?? You have to look at that first to trouble shoot your problem.

Hi tsa7man the soft lockout on the boiler is a flashing 9--25 the otherside of the flash is the temp that the boiler reached. If I set the boiler to high fire (mode and the + button pressed together ) then it runs fine and heats as it should . A little confusing?
