I am using the 4 cartridge color setup (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) the color cartdridges are either low, or empty. I tried using the Function, Cleaning buttons, then tried to select nozzle check, head refreshing, head cleaning, and align print head, all with the same result, the machine sounds a two tone alarm an reverts back to say "CM INK EMPTY" I cannot get this alarm to clear. My Black cartridge is over half full, and I am not able to refill or replace the colors now. Please help me with this issue!

"Cyan - Magenta" empty is telling you to replace the cartridges before you go any further.
