    Fix my Red Nose!
I know this s weird question but I don't know how to fix this. When I get hot (not even that hot) my nose turns bright red. I know its normal to blush and get red when your hot, but I only get red on my nose and no where else. The same thing happens with my hands and my feet. I went to a doctor but they told me that I had bad blood circulation. I think he just said that because he didn't know what to tell me but if you know of anything I can do to fix my nose or why its happening, let me know. :) thankss.

You have blood "pooling" and being trapped in your hands and feet and nose. It's called Reynaud's Phenomenon. Basically, you were born with bad circulation. I have the same problem - only my hands and feet get cold and when they warm up they get bright red. I found that if I take vitamin B-3 (Niacinamide) it helps my circulation and this does not happen to me any longer. Start with a low dose. You can buy B-3 at health food stores for very little money.

Did your ands and feet stay red for like a long time. Because my redness on my nose never goes away. I can cool down for a while but it takes forever for it to get back to the normal color. :( how long did it take for it to go away for you?

Green neutralizes red. If you put makeup on your nose that has a greenish cast, your red nose may be less noticeable.

Hi, I'm really interested to hear that Niacinamide helped control your Raynaud's Phenomenon. Please would you let me know what dosage you started on? And what dosage you're taking at the moment? Would love to give this stuff a shot & see if it helps. Many thanks!
