Y won't my computer save anything when I change my settings it won't let me download eather what do I do

Does your question make sense to you? Is English your second language?

Are you telling me that your PC is not allowing you to save anything at all? What is the error message you get when the save operation fails?

What changes are you making to what settings? What can you no longer download? Are you set up as an administrator on your PC or a user?

Please respond as soon as possible as I'm in between naps. I'm laid up with pneumonia now.
