    Future ex husband is illegal
My soon to be ex husband is illegal, not only that but he is also giving us hell to pay child support, he is lying in court about how his income and I feel that he will end up paying nothing for his kids, he is also psicological abusing my kid and I feel he is not good. He has been in this country for over 15 years and NEVER paid taxes.
Can he get deported? How can I do it?

If he is illegal than yes he can be deported. You can report him to immigration to notify them that he is illegal. What country are you in?

    Hello valuna:

You kid might not appreciate you throwing her father out of the country and out of her life.

I wouldn't do that to my kid.

So you throw him out and he is back in the country before ICE has filed their paper work,

The trouble with child support is he can not work legally in the US, so you can't get a garnishment of illegal wages. ( under the table)

So why are they not putting him in jail for non payment ?

And to be honest you can report him if you wish, but I would bet odds that about 89 percent change of them doing anything, look at the street corner of every major city. I can go to home depo right now and point out 100 or so illegals.

You can provide information anonymously, but (better yet) give your information and agree to share any documentation or proof you have to see some action taken.

You CAN make something happen with this; Do not listen to naysayers. If he is illegal and committing crimes then all citizens have a right and responsibility to do what they can to put a stop to it.

If he didn't pay paxes in 15 years, did you pay taxes? I find your arrangement most convenient when you married him knowing he was illegal, but if you are here illegally as well, that's going to be a different story. If you are an American citizen, then you should have known better marrying an illegal alien. Possibly you are going to be opening a can of worms upon yourself unless you paid your taxes separately from him as the IRS is going to come after you as well.

He is not going to be able to have his wages garnished for child support if you say he is lying in court. How is he lying? Telling the court he doesn't make much money at the job he has? Didn't he have to provide some kind of payroll records or pay stubs?
